The Secret of Happiness

What is happiness? Happiness is a feeling that is felt. We all have the right to be happy. Who does not need happiness, seeking happiness, search for happiness? By the way, it is not so difficult to be happy, just by changing your attitude, to enjoy the occasion of happiness. Then where is happiness? Happiness is inside us. Happiness is within us.

A young man went to his guru and asked him, Guruji, tell me some ways to be happy so that I can be happy. Guruji said its okay let us go for a walk with me, along with the walk let's discuss it. After walking some distance, Guruji asked the disciple to lift a big stone on his shoulder. The young man could not understand anything, but how could he avoid the words to the guru. Quickly lifted the stone on his shoulder. After some time, he started feeling the burden but was walking and listening to the Guru's words. After covering some more distance, he started losing courage. He could hardly contain himself. But not now, he said to Guruji - Guruji, I do not like your words. It's hurting. The stone is very heavy. I can't walk. Guru ji said ok throw the stone. The young man threw stones. Guruji asked - How are you feeling now? Young man said - I am feeling relieved. I'm liking it. Guru ji said - In the same way, human beings carry and carry stones of sorrow in life, and this is the root cause of not being happy. Unless you throw stones of sorrow, you will not be able to remain happy. This lesson of Gautam Buddha is very important.

Friends, problems in life will never end because problems are an important part of our life. So, learn to be happy during problems. Like a Rose among the thorns and a lotus in the mud.

One of the main reasons we are not happy is that we seek happiness in others. This leads to even more sadness and despair. Find happiness in yourself. but how? So, let's know some easy-to-use tricks that can make life interesting, fun and happy. 

1.    Keep Smiling : No matter what the situation is, the most important thing is to smile, then the difficulties start to seem easy. 

2.  Give Importance to Hobbies : Often we ignore the things that give happiness like our hobbies. Give importance to your hobby. 

3.   Do Whatever you Like : Apart from everyday tasks, do those things which give you happiness. But be careful not to harm others. Keep the environment clean and beautiful, read some good books, write something good, give yourself time, go for walks and walks. 

4.  Proper use of Time : Do not waste time unnecessarily, it will lead to repentance, which will make you sad. Good Use of Time will give you satisfaction along with happiness. 

5.  Find Solutions : Whatever is the situation, always think of solutions because solutions bring expectations. Being entangled in problems makes it even more painful to think about the one who bothers. 

6.    Avoid Jealousy and Criticism : The feeling of jealousy burns us due to which we lose our happiness. And those who are happy never criticize, it destroys their own happiness. 

7.  Self-Confidence : Have unwavering confidence in yourself that you can do everything. Self-Confidence is one such feeling. To whom does happiness stick like a magnet and come closer? 

8.  Avoid Overreaction : Sometimes petty things spoil the relationship. To maintain happiness, do not react on talk. Respect people, share happiness, get respect and happiness in return. 

9.   Take Responsibility of Mistakes : If you want to be happy, then take responsibility for your mistakes, stop blaming, finding faults. Instead of proving yourself right, understand and correct your mistake, which will give happiness. 

10. Avoid Negativity : Due to negative thoughts, you have to create trouble and confusion for yourself. Stay away from gossip, doubt, slander. Due to which the relationship will be better, and happiness will come.

Due to the difficulties of life, people become depressed, which has a direct effect on life. Forget smiling. To be happy, give up those habits that lead to troubles and sadness. For example, keep anger under control, ignore negative people's words, do not go where there is no respect, do not follow bad habits, do not remember the hurtful things of the past, do not compare yourself, speak less, listen more, broaden your circle, focus on Healthy Friendship, go for a walk, Follow the rule of Give & Take, help which will make you happy. 

A positive attitude is very important towards life, towards people, make your weakness your strength, entertainment is necessary, spend some time with friends, go to a movie, do a light party. Sometimes change something in daily routine. Wear your favorite clothes, cook your favorite food, listen to music, read your favorite books, befriend nature children, talk to them, look at them, you will find happiness, you will get new energy. 

Make life a little creative, give space to imagination, be optimistic. Give time to yourself. Make yourself feel special. Make a habit of expressing gratitude, be thankful, towards God, towards people towards life. Do not forget friends, this is the way of this life.

Well, happiness is present all around in some form or the other, it just needs to be recognized. Go closer to happiness, embrace them, then only happiness will come closer. Do it and see.
