The relationship between the teacher and the students that lead to the summit is glorified since time immemorial. But today the relationship of these two is from some dagga. In today's video I would like to discuss,

How can these two important relationships be strengthened again?

I would like to discuss the relationship of Teachers and Students who are very important.

Discussion is also very important, because today there are many flaws in the relationship between these two. One is that the distances are increasing and on the other hand some inappropriate incidents are also happening, which is very sad.

By the way, today, the relationship between Teachers and Students has become just ABCD… It has become like a robot. This = that & That = this only remains confined.

If the mother lays the foundation of a child, the teacher builds that child like a potter, provides direction, introduces the reality of life then how should there be a relationship between the two?

1.   Mutual Trust :

     The first thing to notice is "mutual trust" which is most important for teachers and students. Research says, often students consider their teacher as a role model and this is true, it is also my personal experience, so now it becomes the responsibility of the teacher how to firmly believe in their students.

2. Friendly Behavior & Conversation : 

    Secondly, the friendly behavior and conversation of the teacher. Yes, you may have also felt the fear and suspicion of the students are often hidden in the students' minds, in such a way, the teacher loves his students Talk with yourself. Even while studying, give time to get mixed with them, try to know their mindset.

     It is very important that Teaches know every student in their name. By doing this, children will get an attachment, a sense of belonging. With this, the child will be good in studies as well as in practice.

Students also have their own problems and problems. Which they do not share with their parents, they will also share those things with the teacher.

The friendly behavior of a teachers will be very helpful in composing their thinking for the mental development of the students.

 3.   Mistakes : 

    The next thing I want to highlight is that everyone makes mistakes and students make countless mistakes. In such a situation, the teachers should carefully handle those mistakes, explain them with a lot of love, make them realize instead of counting mistakes, as well as inform the side effects. This learning of the teachers will give them a lot of work. 

4.   Expectations : 

    Teachers Have great expectations, hopes, trust from their students. Wake Confidence Desire in them. Help the teachers overcome their hesitation fears. At the same time make them feel responsible. And that is also very important. Teachers instill artistic, scientific and psychological thinking in the minds of children, so that the spirit of doing something new, something good in their mind is awakened. 

5.   Every Student is Special :

   Every Students is special in itself. Teachers do not compare one student to other students or else they will get a sense of complex. The five fingers are not equal, but each finger is special. So the teachers recognize the inner skills of the children and help them in improving it. If a mischievous or weak child stands in a competition, do not forget to praise, motivate them or else they will be demoralized. To make them feel special, the teacher should give a small gift from your side. These small things will help children to move forward with positive feeling.

Albert Einstein says - "It is the best quality of a teacher to inculcate creative spirit in students and motivate them to move forward". 

6.   Thankful to Teachers : 

     Lastly I would like to say to the students - Teachers have given you knowledge of books as well as worldly knowledge, Moral values, Social Values.

It is he who has inspired you to move forward, to climb the stairs of success. Teachers have been an important role in your life. He is the one who inspires, guides and cares for you. He boosted your spirits, forgave your mistakes, corrected him sometimes, rebuked him and reprimanded him, giving more love than that Right !

So students should be thankful to the teachers for their achievements. I believe these feelings of teachers and students will definitely make their relationship special and precious
