The definition of an ideal teacher cannot be described in a few words, because tying to elaborate about a teacher in a few words would be a misnomer. The teacher has an important role in the nirvana of the society. Because this society is made up of the same children whom the teacher makes a good responsible citizen as well as his best development. By the way, a master's role is behind all successful personalities. Along with knowledge, there are many other qualifications that make a teacher the best in himself and the favorite of the students.

I would like to remove a wrong strike, teachers are never bad, it is only their style of teaching which is different from each other. And this is what makes them different in the minds of students and parents. Every teacher is a well-wisher of his students and wants to see them happy and successful. An ideal teacher wants every student to be ideal student and every parent should become ideal parent. Simple formula, positive + positive = positive.

It is necessary for a teachers to be able to take care of children, to have information about each child and to like to live with them. Have a friendly attitude towards them. It is very important for a teacher to be humorous, enthusiastic, sober. Along with this, there should also be leadership power and visionary. Have knowledge of your subject as well as the ability of children to identify and solve the problem. It is the teacher's responsibility to awaken the spirit of sociality and make it compatible with the society. When you are a teacher, becoming an ideal for all your students becomes even more difficult. Because all are different from each other, each student has his or her own learning ability. Keep in mind, when your teaching style is compatible with your student's learning, you will become a good teacher for them.

Friends, I would like to discuss some of the features of a Teacher.

1.    First point: Knowledge - Be it a matter of knowledge or ability or to be a better human being, a teacher has an important role in all these matters. Being a teacher, along with all the information related to your subject, knowledge of current topics is equally important, so that students can answer the questions. 

2.    Second point: Presentation - A teacher is equally important with knowledge as well as the way to reach the students. The mental level of each student is different. In this case, the presentation should be such that every student can understand it easily. 

3.    Third point: Friendly behavior - Good teachers are to be like friends, but discipline is important in friends as well as dignity. Over time, friendly behavior is needed to understand the psychopathology of students today. This helps the teacher to understand and make student understand. 

4.    Fourth Point: Understanding life - A better teacher is the one who identifies his student good and bad in life, tell them the essentials for a bright and successful future. Teaches them the discipline and humanity. Because these simple things are the basic needs of the children for their lives for the future. 

5.  Fifth point: Eloquent - It is very important for a teacher to be vocal or eloquent. Two things are very important behind this. First thing, a teacher will be able to reach out to the children in an effective manner by imparting his knowledge, curriculum knowledge through his skilled speaker. Secondly, your student may have bad days, stress, struggle, problems and even depression. You see child is not doing his H.W & C.W. correctly. Becoming carefree, instead of arguing or scolding, make friends with your eloquence and try to know their problem, explain it, encourage it for the better. And help get out of that problem. 

6.    Sixth Point: Knowledge of Psychology - It is very important to know a great teacher about child psychology which will help them to understand the ministry of the students. Especially should be fully aware of the problems of adolescence. Only then will you be able to know the problems of the children, will be able to identify and overcome the weaknesses. 

7.  Seventh Point: Humorous - It is very important for a teacher to be humorous, only then a good Bounding of the teacher and students is made. It is important to create a humorous atmosphere while studying, to maintain affectionate relationships with children so that the atmosphere of the classroom does not become cumbersome and boring. 

8.    Eighth Point: Patient - A good teacher must have the quality of patience. Children learn, many times learn slowly, so patiently teach new things to children. Questions asked by adolescent children should not be uprooted. Handle rather efficiently. 

9.    Ninth Point: Stand firm - Its opinion is not dictatorship. Perseverance and discipline are very important for a teacher because the character of the teacher has an impact on the students. Along with this, it is important to have perseverance and discipline as well as a sense of softness and tenderness. 

10. Tenth Point: Trust the students - Do not ignore the students, identify their needs, try to understand them. Empathize with weak students and understand the root causes of their weakness. With your understanding, transform the burden of studies into a happy environment. Along with the teacher, also act as a parent with a child. 

11. Eleventh Point: Objectives should be clear - objectives of a good teacher should be clear. Teach what you teach so clearly, create an environment that 100% students can connect you. 

12. Twelfth Point: Experience and Examples – Teachers must not just give bookers knowledge, not only give information related to the subject, but also share your experiences with the students. With this you will be able to sit better with them. If you explain anything or topic by giving an example, then the children will stay for a long time. 

A good teacher who knows the names of students from the first bench to the last bench of their class. Those who give an opportunity to answer even those children who knows the answer, but they refrain from speaking in class. Such teachers are amazing who instead of leaving weak children in the same condition, they include them in the mainstream. Of course, such teachers give happiness. And yes, the respect of those teachers increases a little, those who hurriedly fell in the examination hall put the pens on the children's table.

Often, they become very dear teachers, who write the correct word or line in order, to make a big red ball in the copy. A dear teacher gives freedom to his students to establish their opinions and start with their students with complete intimacy.

Of course an ideal teacher dedicating himself to his teacher position. Takes care of the dignity of his post. We salute all those teachers and their dedication.
